Position: Branch Manager - Aurangabad

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the branch team.Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, including brokers, relationship managers, and administrative personnel. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales targets and revenue goals. Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase market share. Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards within the broking industry. Implement and enforce internal policies and procedures to mitigate risks. Keep abreast of changes in regulations and ensure the branch's activities are in compliance with industry standards.

Technical Competencies /Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Relevant experience in the broking industry, with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements. NISM Exam clearance & renewal as per requirement

Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in broking.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join us. As a IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT function and infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, security, and strategic alignment with business goals. You will lead a team of IT professionals, manage technological initiatives, and provide strategic guidance to drive digital transformation and innovation.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Develop and implement the overall IT strategy aligned with the business objectives and regulatory requirements of the securities broking industry. Ensure the reliability, security, and optimal performance of the IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and databases. Technical Competencies /Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred not mandatory Extensive experience (8+ years) in IT management roles within the equities broking industry or financial services sector. In-depth knowledge of trading platforms, order management systems, risk management systems, market data feeds, and related technologies. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to securities broking in India, such as SEBI guidelines. Proven track record of leading IT teams, managing IT infrastructure, and delivering technology projects within budget and timeline. Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive digital transformation. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions

Experience:

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in IT management roles within the equities broking industry or financial services sector.

Position: Relationship Manager

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for New Client Acquisition of trading accounts.
  • Responsible for Meeting targets of Broking and TPP revenues.
  • Responsible for Margin collections for trade both online and offline through cheques/RTGS.
  • Ensuring Work on databases for activation / reactivation / retention of clients.
  • Responsible for Cross sell Insurance/ PMS/ MF

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Revenue (Equity Broking-Online/Offline- +TPP Revenue)-Qtr. wise milestones
  • New Client Acquisition - Broking accounts - Qtr. wise milestones
  • Inactive clients activation-Qtr wise milestones
  • Margin Collection-Qtr wise milestones
  • Minimum TPP Revenue (Insurance/MF Lumsum /SIP)-Qtr wise milestones.

Technical Competencies /Skills:

  • NISM 8 Certified
  • MBA / PGDBA - Marketing / Finance preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 Years in any stockbroking company
