Position: Relationship Manager (Vadodara, Aurangabad)

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for New Client Acquisition of trading accounts. Responsible for Meeting targets of Broking and TPP revenues. Responsible for Margin collections for trade both online and offline through cheques/RTGS. Ensuring Work on databases for activation / reactivation / retention of clients. Responsible for Cross sell Insurance/ PMS/ MF

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Revenue (Equity Broking-Online/Offline- +TPP Revenue)-Qtr. wise milestones
  • New Client Acquisition - Broking accounts - Qtr. wise milestones
  • Inactive clients activation-Qtr wise milestones
  • Margin Collection-Qtr wise milestones
  • Minimum TPP Revenue (Insurance/MF Lumsum /SIP)-Qtr wise milestones.

Technical Competencies /Skills:

  • NISM 8 Certified
  • MBA / PGDBA - Marketing / Finance preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 Years in any stockbroking company

Position: Regional Assistant Manager - (Mumbai - Andheri)

Specific Responsibilities:

  • 1) It's a Team Handling Role. 2) Would have team target of Pvt Client Acquisition with ticket size - Rs. 20Lac, and Advise these clients based on market intelligence and research reports, 3) Generate revenue through Equity Broking, and through Cross selling of Third Party Products like - MF (Mutual Funds), PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIFs (Alternate Investment Funds). 4) Handling Queries & complains of client's & solving it within TAT. 5) Should apply deep market understanding & Advance strategies to increase book size & revenue. 6) Monitoring & enhancing Advising and Trading skills through call tracking, weekly targets meetings, con calls. Coordinate with Third Party Product Manufacturers, and all the stake holders. 7) To ensure highest level of service to customers in terms of advisory, address operational issues, and give timely solutions for the same which will play a differentiator for this segment.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • -Provide strong leadership and direction to the branch team. -Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, including brokers, relationship managers, and administrative personnel. -Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.

Technical Competencies /Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Relevant experience in the broking industry, with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements. NISM Exam clearance & renewal as per requirement

Experience:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in broking field is preferred.

Position: Digital Marketing Manager - (Anand-H.O)

Specific Responsibilities:

  • You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • 1. Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Manage all digital channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, SEO, website content, landing pages. Plan and execute campaigns for leads, client onboarding, mutual funds, equity, and portfolio services. Track campaign performance, optimize cost-per-lead, and report insights to management. Oversee analytics tools like Google Analytics & Search Console for website/product improvement. 2. Branding, Creative Direction & Content Strategy Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication. Develop brand campaigns such as MAT (Meet–Ask–Track), Bachat Mela, festive campaigns, awareness posts, and investor education content. Create concepts, scripts, and content for video series (15-video monthly plan, branch manager vs franchisee content segregation). Design or supervise design of: Social media creatives Billboards / hoardings Emailers Event invitations Awareness & compliance creatives 3. Strategic Marketing Planning Plan quarterly and yearly marketing calendars. Coordinate with sales & branch heads for region-specific campaigns. Create promotional strategies for events like Market Pe Charcha, panel invites, expert sessions, and MF drives. Prepare communication for high-level stakeholders and dignitaries. 4. Communication & Copywriting You handle end-to-end corporate communication: Draft professional emails, invitations, HR communications, client notices, policy announcements, etc. Create scripts, headlines, taglines, and ad copies for campaigns. Write awareness messages for investor protection, complaints, compliance, etc. 5. Sales Support & Partner Management Create specialised communication for franchisee partners, branch managers, and B2B counterparts. Provide content, creatives, and sales collateral that support field teams. Assist VP Sales, AVP, and RM teams with marketing tools and messaging for acquisition & servicing.

Technical Competencies /Skills:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field Proven working experience in digital marketing Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
